Do you sell authentic products?
All our products are 100% authentic and come directly from official distributors and trusted sources.
Will you be having the next releases?
We plan to get all new releases! For foreign cards, sometimes we don’t offer preorders if prices are very high and expected to fall a lot after launch.
What’s the best way to get notified about restocks?
We’re working on a proper notification system, but for now, we post all restock updates on our Instagram.
Are all sealed products in minty condition?
Even though we get products in cases, some may have small imperfections from the manufacturer.
Where are you located?
Hello from Montreal! We ship anywhere in Canada and the USA.
Do you offer local pickup?
We currently don’t offer pickup, but the good news is that shipping is really fast if you're near Montreal!
How long does shipping take?
We’ll get your order ready in 1–2 business days! After that, delivery usually takes another 1–5 business days.
When will my preorder ship?
We aim to ship all preorders before the expected shipping date. While that’s our goal, there may be slight delays but we’ll always keep you updated!
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
Please reach out within 12 hours. If you have shipping insurance, you’ll get a full refund or replacement. If not, contact us anyway, we’ll see what we can do!
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns on all items within 7 days, excluding trading card games (TCG) and blind boxes.
How do I cancel my order ?
We’re unable to cancel preorders. For other cancellations, a fee of up to 10% may be charged.
Are there any discount codes available right now?
We don’t have a discount code at the moment, but we occasionally run special promotions—so be sure to follow us on Instagram or check our website for updates!
