How Our New Release Drops Work

Due to the current limitations on our English Pokémon product allocations, we unfortunately do not receive enough inventory to meet the high demand.

To make our most anticipated releases as fair as possible, we've created a two-stage drop system.

⭐ First Drop – Loyalty Access

Usually at 8:00 PM EST (please refer to the live countdown timer for the exact time).

The first drop is reserved for our most loyal customers who:

  • Have placed at least 3 orders with Yume Cards.
  • Are subscribed to our email list (required to receive the drop instructions).

Eligible customers will receive an email around 6:00 PM EST with everything they need to access the drop.

🎉 Second Drop – Open to Everyone

Usually at 9:00 PM EST (please refer to the live countdown timer for the exact time).

We also reserve a portion of our inventory for new and returning customers who did not qualify for the loyalty drop.

Here's how it works:

  1. Add the products you want to your cart a few minutes before the drop.
  2. Wait for the discount code to be posted below at the scheduled drop time.
  3. Enter the code during checkout and complete your purchase as quickly as possible—popular products often sell out within seconds.

To help keep things fair, we carefully review all orders and reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, uses multiple accounts to bypass the loyalty requirements, or otherwise violates our purchasing policies.
