Given the characteristics of the TCG industry, returns are not accepted. However, if you receive a damaged item or one that doesn't match its description, please contact us via email at info@yumecards.ca, and we'll address the issue promptly. 

Cancellation requests can be made before shipment but may incur a 3% cancellation fee. This fee accounts for the non-refundable payment processing charge incurred during the initial transaction.

When you place an order for a Pre-Order or Back-Order item on Yume Cards, all other items in your cart will be shipped together with the Pre-Order item. This means that if a Pre-Order item is scheduled to ship in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all items in your cart. If you prefer to have non-pre-order items shipped immediately, please place them in a separate cart and proceed with a separate order.

Please note that orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially canceled. For Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases, your card or PayPal account will be charged immediately upon purchase. You may cancel your order before shipment, but a 3% cancellation fee will be applied. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing charge incurred during the initial transaction.
